Potato Latkes

Ingredients: Matzo meal, yellow potatoes, egg whites/beaters, carrots, canola oil, parsley

Directions
1. Assemble ingredients. Chop up a large amount of carrots and potatoes with the killer chopping machine (whatever it is called) and keep them in separate bowls until ready to mix.


2. Place all necessary ingredients in a reasonable ratio in a single bowl together, as such:


3. Use a pair of tongs to mix the ingredients.


4. Oil up a skillet and cook pancake-sized portions at a time. Use a spatula to flip the latkes as necessary.

Finished Product =
Light up the menorah and eat!
