Cream Cheese Noodles

Ingredients: pasta of your choice (1 box), bar cream cheese, milk, salt. So easy!

Bring a pot of water with salt and oil to a boil. Add your pasta and cook to al dente. Use a strainer to drain and rinse your pasta.
Meanwhile, add your bar of cream cheese, milk, and salt to a large microwaveable bowl. Microwave it until it is creamy and hot.
Add your cooked pasta to the bowl.
Mix it up!

Why no one makes these... I have no clue! I cannot stress enough how easy and tasty this recipe. Cream cheese noodles were a serious comfort food for me growing up. The recipe is a derivative of the traditional Jewish kugal recipes. The difference is in the flow. Cream cheese noodles are mobile, sort of like Italian pasta dishes. Kugal has a shape that is maintains. I personally prefer cream cheese noodles, and, believe me when I say that you will too once you try them!
