Some notes in advance:
* try to purchase the pasta that is pre-cooked. you will not have to cook it before you use it. *
* you will not need the Italian seasoning if the sauce you are using is homemade *
1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
2. Prepare the “white stuff”. You will do this in a separate bowl by adding ricotta, egg whites, and parmesan cheese and mixing them up.
3. Brown ground beef in a skillet with a tad of oil.
4. You will need to layer the ingredients of the lasagna in the lasagna pan. First you will put a drop of olive oil and tomato sauce at the bottom of the pan.
5. Next, a layer of flat pasta. Next, a layer of the “white stuff” from step 1. Next, the sauce. After, the Italian seasoning. Lastly, the ground beef.
7. Atop the final layer, distribute sliced up mozzarella cheese throughout.
8. Cover with aluminum foil. Leave to sit in oven for ~1 hour.
For SPINACH LASAGNA, do the EXACT SAME THING except with spinach!

Mince garlic and toast it in oil. Chop up some black olives. Microwave a package of frozen spinach. Mix them all together with parmesan cheese and you will hopefully have something that resembles the photo above.
For spinach lasagna, do everything the same without the beef! Just substitute this spinach! I've done it before, so delicious!
