Pad Thai

Ingredients: pho noodles, chicken tenderloins, firm tofu, chives, oyster sauce, soy sauce, pad thai sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, egg(s), grounded peanuts
Cook your pho noodles as instructed on the package.
Drain and rinse the noodles and set aside.
Slice your chicken and tofu into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop your chives.
Heat up oil in a skillet. Add minced garlic and toast it.
Add the chicken, tofu, and chives. Let sit to cook for a few minutes.Add oyster sauce and stir-fry.
Add noodles and stir fry.Add Pad Thai sauce and stir fry.
Make a well to "crater" an egg (or two, or three). Stir-fry the egg once it has fully cooked.
Add your crushed peanuts either to your skillet or for garnishing individual plates. My brother does not go for peanuts so I have to save the garnishing for later.

Thank you, Namtum!
