
Pasta of your choice – 1 package
8-10 eggs
Fat-free mayonnaise
Can of corn
Carrots
Celery
Paprika
Bring water in a pot to a boil with dash of salt and olive oil. Cook the pasta until it is al dente.
Using the water from the pasta, dump in chopped up celery and carrots and leave them in there until they are adequately cooked.
Reuse the boiling water yet again to hard-boil the eggs. Peel the shell and use an egg-slicer to slice the eggs.
Put everything in a nice large bowl. Add mayonnaise and then add the corn. Mix them all up. At the end, garnish with eggs and paprika.
