Oatmeal Pancakes

Nothing like a power breakfast to start your day on a BUFF note!

Ingredients:

Slow-cooked, traditional oatmeal, egg whites, (lowfat) large curd cottage cheese, whole milk, golden and red raisins, almonds, cashews, olive oil



Place oatmeal and egg whites in a bowl and mix. Use your judgment to determine the ratio.


Add cottage cheese and milk and continue to mix until you have a sticky feel. Apply raisins and nuts to the mixture.



Oil up a pan on the stove. Once the stove is hot, apply the mixture as you would a pancake. Wait until the time is right to flip the pancake
